Fredericksburg Music Club Endowment Foundation, Inc.
The Fredericksburg Music Club has a vision of continued growth in our core mission. We would love to build a Music Hall specifically for the type of music that is performed at the Music Club. I envision a hall that would be perfect for piano soloist, chamber chorales, and small brass or woodwind ensembles. A stage designed to get the best acoustics from cellist and violin sound is also sought after.

ARTICLE I
Name and Purpose
Section 1.1 Name.
The name of this corporation is FREDERICKSBURG MUSIC CLUB ENDOWMENT FOUNDATION, INC.
Section 1.2 Purpose.
This corporation is organized under the laws of the State of Texas exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In carrying out its corporate purposes, the corporation shall have all the powers allowed under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act. In furtherance of its general purposes, which is to further the love of classical music to the citizens of the Texas Hill Country, funds shall be used to pay for visiting artists and other expenses of classical concerts.
In a manner consistent with the foregoing it is hereby proclaimed and acknowledged that the prime purpose of the corporation shall be the support of the Fredericksburg Music Club, Inc.
You can help ensure long term security of the Music Club as well as give us hope to achieving our long term vision to have our own Fredericksburg Music Hall to hold our concerts in.
